Selected by the «European Media Art Festival» and the german TV channel NDR, directors from six european cities show the work of video artists and the club scene in their cities: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, London, Paris and Saint Petersburg. «Manipuladores de Imágenes» is the documentary film shot in Barcelona.
